SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

Emebet Gebre-Ab left Ethiopia in 1982. She left her village where life was very hard for children and particularly for a girl. After several difficult years she arrived in France and with the help of some exceptionally generous people, she managed to settle down into a new life.
Emebet decided to train as an athlete. The branch she shose almost cost her life.
